1) You can only steer a Personal Watercraft when you apply some throttle

an extra person to observe the progress of the skier
an operator who is at least 21-years of age

5) When moving from one position to another in a canoe move as quickly as possible
use the paddles for stability
stay to the right side of the craft
always maintain 3-points of contact
